SURFACE PREPARATION

  • Remove all dust, loose particles, grease and traces of foreign materials.
  • Recommended to dampen the dry concrete / plastered surfaces when necessary before the application of V-Mix Thin Mix

APPLICATION

  • Apply V-MIX Finish Coat with a steel trowel to an average thickness of 1 to 2mm.
  • If surfaces require more layers to achieve build-up thickness , the underneath layers must let dry partially before apply subsequent layers.

MIXING

  • Mix 40kg bag of V-Mix Thin Mix with 14 to 15 Litres of clean water using an electrical power mixer 3 to 5 minutes until the homogeneous paste is achieved.
  • Re-mix the paste before reuse if material left unused more than 30 minutes.

V-Mix Thin Mix is a high quality polymer modified water resistant cement-based thin   plaster used as finishing coat for walls and     ceilings. V-Mix Thin Mix specially formulated for direct application onto concrete and plastered surfaces for leveling and smoothening works.
