• V-Mix  Render 815  can be applied manually with a steel trowel or spatula to an average thickness of 8 to 15mm over a minimum of 2 coats.
  

• For application more than one layer,  the underneath  layers need to cured partially  to provide a good surface for the second layer of render to bond to.

• For application on concrete substrates, highly recommended to apply key coat/spatter dash before applying V-Mix Render 815.

• Remove all dust, loose particles, grease and traces of foreign materials.
  

• Recommended to dampen the dry substrate surface when necessary before the application of V-Mix Render 815

• Mix 40kg bag of V-Mix Render 815 with 7 to 8 Litres of clean water using an electrical power mixer.
  

• Allow mixer to stand for 3 to 5 minutes until the homogeneous paste is achieved.

• Re-mix the paste before reuse if material left unused more than 30 minutes.

V-Mix Render 815 is a high quality polymer modified cement-based render.   V-Mix Render 815 specially formulated for internal and external application on brick wall and block wall surfaces for patching, repairing and surface leveling job. Recommended skimming with V-Mix Thin Mix  for smooth finishing . For sanded texture, sponge the hardened rendered  surface with a damp sponge.
